 1. A 40 year old man is packing up his house with a for rent/sale sign in his front yard. A young boy not even the age of 14 asks why are you moving? The man says I can't afford to live here anymore.  so this is goodbye? asks the boy sadly. I'm afraid it is, confirmed the man sadly. Then the man finished and left never to be seen by the boy again.
